International shipping is not available at this time.

• Same-Day Delivery: Available for eligible PIN codes if the order is placed before 12:00 PM

🚚 Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.

• Any applicable delivery fees will be shown before completing your order.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

⚠️ Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please email us at info@flaxoc.shop with your Order ID.
In case of lost or undelivered shipments, we will coordinate with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, you must:

1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Email us at info@flaxoc.shop with:

   • Photos of the package (outer box)

   • Photos of the item(s) inside

   • Your order ID

We will review and offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

🚫 Failed Deliveries

A delivery attempt may fail due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

• Recipient unavailability

• Refusal to accept the package

In such cases, the order may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by courier partners, local disruptions, or natural events.
