Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order if it meets the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following categories:

• Innerwear or intimate clothing (if introduced in the future)

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Partial Refunds May Apply If:

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever comes first.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you can initiate a return once the product is delivered (if eligible).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are:

• Damaged or defective

• Incorrect in size or style

For size exchanges (e.g., pants, tops, sherwanis, etc.), please contact us before shipping the item back.
